Scanned documents are organized and visually displayed o the tree-like structure on the left-hand side Document Explorer. For multiple-page documents and single-page ones, the user can have a graphical view of all documents scanned during the session.

A blank or barcode cover page can be used as a job-card for separating documents. For single sheet documents, a new document number can be generated automatically for each scanned sheet.

Barcode recognition technology can attain accuracy close to 100%, which is by far the most reliable document data capture method. MF Barcode batch scan supports most common barcode types including Patch Code.

You can put a timestamp on a scanned document image with the current date and custom text.

MF Batch Scan’s object model exposes a set of methods and properties that help integrating the package with other software a breeze.

Common and advanced image cleanup and processing functions are built in to improve data capture accuracy and document legibility.

You can process one or all batches of documents in one go. You can also work on one image at a time.

Full duplex scanning mode is supported. If the scanner does not support duplex scanning, MF Batch Scan allows you to simulate duplex scanning.  

Besides black & white images, MF Batch Scan supports scanning, storing and barcode recognition of color and gray-scale images.

You can use the document number or captured barcode value as document search index.

Document pages scanned in with wrong page order can be easily re-arranged by drag-and-drop operation.
